Ciara Spencer (she/her)

Ciara is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly.

In her practice, therapy is a collaborative journey that allows you to safely explore complex experiences and hidden meanings, ultimately facilitating a deeper understanding of oneself. Drawing inspiration from Jungian psychology, Ciara's approach is characterised by compassion, empathy, and thoughtful analysis, elements she believes hold profound healing potential. Her goal is to help you live authentically and find more meaning in your life.

In addition to working with anxiety, depression and low mood, Ciara specialises in supporting individuals facing challenges with attachment and relationships, identity confusion, feelings of loneliness and emptiness, and issues related to gender, sexuality, and self-esteem.

With degrees in Politics, International Relations, and a Master’s in Media and Communications, Ciara understands how social, political and structural contexts influence your inner world.

Ciara works online and in-person. Recognising that psychotherapy can be an important yet daunting step, she always suggests meeting for some initial sessions to decide together on the best steps moving forward.
