Your therapy begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll understand your needs and help you feel comfortable taking this important step.

In a brief questionnaire, we gather your preferences and availability. Based on this information, we’ll match you with a therapist.

A therapist will reach out to arrange a complimentary 15-minute phone call to answer any questions and explore next steps together.

We’re aware that we live in a culture of instant gratification; a video, a post or a story might have our attention for 15 seconds or so and then, quickly, we’re onto the next thing.

In an atmosphere such as this, there is real value in giving yourself a regular space where you can pause and think deeply about what is going on for you and how you’re feeling. Weekly psychotherapy provides an opportunity to recentre yourself in the midst of the fast paced lives we live.
