Hi, I’m Dil. I am a person-centred psychotherapist offering a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

I believe therapy is not about fixing you, but about understanding you and your lived experience with care and compassion. You do not need to be in crisis to begin. Therapy can provide a consistent space to explore what feels difficult, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, supporting insight, resilience, and meaningful emotional change. I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, identity, self-confidence, and life transitions.

As a South Asian therapist, I recognise the cultural and emotional barriers that can make reaching out feel daunting. I am committed to offering therapy that is inclusive and responsive to your individual experience.
